Worked in Indian Country as a Tribal Social Services Administrator for 25 years and a frontline social worker for 5 years, facilitator and teacher in between. Developed and applied various child welfare models with an emphasis of Ojibwe culture. Professional goal in the workplace is to revive Ojibwe culture in the workplace and apply it in practice. This included creating a Social Services Department that reflects the strength and unique teachings of the Ojibwe.
