Kelsea McLain is the Healthcare Access Director for the Yellowhammer Fund, a Reproductive Justice direct service and advocacy organization based in Alabama. Based in North Carolina, she supports their work rooted in abortion advocacy and greater healthcare liberation across the Deep South. She has worked in the realm of abortion rights and advocacy for over a decade: including doula work directly with abortion seekers, abortion clinic defense with the Triangle Abortion Access Coalition (a Raleigh, NC based group she founded in 2012) and doing direct case management for abortion seekers navigating funding barriers and board work with abortion funds.
