Dani Rischall

Dani Rischall is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has worked in the field of community mental health for over 15 years. For the past 11 years Dani has been in the role of Executive Director at Chrysalis Inc.. Dani is a strong advocate for supporting mental health recovery and systems change. Chrysalis Inc. is a non-profit organization in Dane County, Wisconsin that promotes mental health and substance use recovery by supporting work opportunities that encourage hope, healing, and wellness. Chrysalis has been supporting the community for over 40 years with a focus on centering the voices of people with lived experiences and dismantling systems of oppression. In her role as Executive Director, Dani participates in numerous coalitions and workgroups to strengthen communities of care from a lens of equity and inclusion.
