Tarrah Hield-Swann has been in the Social Work field for over 17 years. She has a passion and drive to help minority and marginalized groups. Tarrah’s ultimate goal in doing this work is to see a society in which all members have the same rights, opportunities, protections and social benefits. A world where color does not dictate how one gets judged or treated. A place where we can all move about freely without system restrictions and a place where people utilize cultural humility to learn from marginalized communities.
