Rand (all pronouns, interchangeably) is a part-time therapist, peer support coach, group facilitator, and educator. Her practice centers the trans and queer community. He utilizes mutual aid as an anti-oppressive and anti-racist framework for survival, healing, transformation, and liberation. Myranda is faculty at Indiana University School of Social Work with a decade of experience educating and equipping social workers for anti-oppressive clinical practice. As a proud trans and queer Hoosier, Rand’s work in the classroom, therapy room, and beyond expresses her deep commitment to the solidarity and liberation.
