Erika Chambers, LMSW, works as a Director of Healing Justice (HJ) program development and operations. In this role, she supports HJ integration into youth programming, impact, and evaluation using healing, restorative, and transformative justice praxes to guide her work. Her favorite part of her role is co-creating spaces of joy, healing, and liberation with young people.
