Sophia Zisook

Sophia Zisook, MSW, is a macro social worker, facilitator, and strategic leader working at the intersection of economic and gender justice, organizational resilience, and community care. She currently serves as Senior Director of Partnerships at Accion Opportunity Fund, where she leads national collaborations that expand access to capital for underestimated entrepreneurs. Sophia is also the founder of Negotiate with Sophia – a consultancy advancing negotiation for individuals in helping professions – and advancing liberatory grantmaking and justice-oriented capacity building for organizations. With experience spanning community organizing, philanthropy, and economic development, she supports individuals and organizations in navigating complexity by integrating collective-care frameworks.
